• Paano ko malalaman na active na ang Roam Surf Plus promo?
  Makakatanggap ka ng notification upon successful subscription to the promo. Makaka-receive ka rin ng pre-expiry notification bago matapos ang validity ng Roam Surf Plus subscription mo. Makakatanggap ka rin ng final notification kapag nag-expire na ang promo na ito.
• Ano mangyayari if hindi pa expired ang Roam Surf Plus promo ko, pero nag-expire na ang active Roam Surf 399 subscription ko after 24 hours?
  Okay lang yan, ka-TM! Kapag nag-register ka ulit sa Roam Surf 399, pwede ka mag-subscribe ulit to another Roam Surf Plus promo. Pero, kailangan mo munang antayin mag-expire ang existing Roam Surf Plus promo mo bago ka maka-register ulit sa isa pa.

• Can I register to Roam Surf Plus if I am subscribed to a Roam Surf (Longer Stay) or Roam Surf (App or Bite-sized) promo?
  Roam Surf Plus may only be availed if meron kang active Roam Surf 399 subscription.
• What happens when my Roam Surf Plus offer expires?
  If tuloy ang pagtawag, pagtanggap ng tawag or pagtext matapos ang expiry ng promo, or kapag naubos mo ang allocated minutes for calls or texts, standard roaming rates will be applied to your succeeding calls and texts.
