TERMS & CONDITIONS
"TM Rewards Program" is a loyalty program of Globe that grants rewards, discounts, and privileges to its customers in accordance with their value, tenure, and membership (“Program”).
Starting April 1, 2024, all qualified customers are required to manually join the TM Rewards Program via the GlobeOne app in order to earn the rewards. Individual prepaid customers who are members of Globe Rewards+ will be automatically enrolled and may immediately enjoy the benefits and privileges of the Rewards Program.
In joining the Rewards Program, the members agree to receive mobile ads, push notifications, direct messages, reminders, SMS, and/or email alerts on related content such as points earned and other promotions from Globe and its partner merchants.
Customers may register via the GlobeOne app by clicking “Join now” upon clicking the Redeem Rewards button.
Membership in the Program is free of charge and is a privilege granted upon the sole discretion of Globe. Globe reserves the sole right to stop, deny, suspend, amend, or terminate the Program or privilege of any membership in the Program for [i] unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the discounts and privileges under the Program, [ii] unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the products and services covered by the Program (“Products”), [iii] breach by a customer of his/her obligations in connection with the use or availment of the Products, or [iv] fraud, bad faith or other analogous cases committed by the customer at any given time without notice and without incurring any liability to the customers.
By availing of the Program, the customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Globe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time which Globe may post in the mobile app and website. The customer’s continued use/availment of the Program shall be deemed an acceptance of any revision or modification of the Terms and Conditions.
PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
The customer’s mobile number will serve as his/her unique membership ID. For new Globe Prepaid, TM Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum customers, their membership shall be activated upon joining the Rewards Program. For Globe Rewards+ customers, their membership shall be activated automatically.
- In cases of SIM replacement via the Globe Stores, points earned may be carried over to the new SIM as long as the mobile number is retained.
UNSUBSCRIBE
- Customers without any Rewards redemption activity for the past 12 months wherein the activity is defined as visiting/opening the Rewards Catalog will be automatically unsubscribed.
- Customers can unsubscribe via the GlobeOne app under account settings>settings and toggle the switch beside the Globe Rewards Membership and will be required to input the OTP code to proceed.
- Once unsubscribed, customers will not be able to earn any points from any transactions.
- All points balance and redeemed rewards will be terminated and customers will not be able to enjoy any perks from the Globe Rewards Program.
- Any customers who unsubscribed may be able to join again at any time by clicking the “Join now” button on the Rewards Page in the GlobeOne app.
MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY
- Customers who change their brand from any Globe Brand to another Globe-owned Brand such as Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, or TM will retain their membership in the Globe Rewards Program as well as the points earned.
- Customers who port out to another telco provider will automatically deactivate their membership to the Program and automatically void all of their remaining points balance.

INFORMATION ON POINTS BALANCE POINTS REDEMPTION OF TELCO OFFERS AND GIFTING OF POINTS
If the customer is currently registered to a data product or service, redeeming a data reward will be accepted by the system. A customer cannot redeem a reward that is not under his/her brand. POINTS AS CASH REDEMPTION FROM PARTNER REDEMPTION OF EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS EXPIRATION OF POINTS All unredeemed points earned from January to December of the current year will expire on April 1 of the succeeding year. Thus, customers have until March 31 of each year to use his/her reward points earned during the immediately preceding year ending on December 31 for redemption purposes. Example: January 2024 - December 2024 earned points → Expires April 1, 2025 Bonus points which are given for free will only be valid within 30 days. PRIVACY NOTICE The customer understands and agrees that any personal data he/she will provide to Globe relating to his/her accounts in relation to the Program will be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Privacy Policy of Globe. The customer further consents, permits, and authorizes Globe to share and/or make disclosures of customer’s personal data relating to his/her accounts in relation to the Program to: (i) external parties to facilitate administration and implementation of the Program; or (ii) the Globe’s subsidiaries and affiliates or such other related companies, whether organized in the Philippines or in other jurisdictions, to assist Globe in the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure, destruction of personal data, administration, sharing, implementation and servicing of the accounts and Products contemplated under the Program; or (iii) government regulatory agencies, credit information/investigation companies, financial institutions, credit bureaus, loyalty program partners, partner merchants/store/retailers, consumer reporting or reference agencies, whether based in the Philippines or other jurisdictions, or (iv) external parties engaged by Globe or by its subsidiaries or affiliates, or such other related companies under a duty of confidentiality to offer selected products and services which may interest the customer unless he/she specifically instruct otherwise in writing; or (v) service providers or entities to assist in the administration and implementation of the Program; or (vi) such bodies/agencies having regulatory authority over Globe, or (vii) such other external parties Globe may deem as having authority or right to such disclosure of information, as and when required by the circumstances, as in the case of resulting from the Globe’s outsourcing of its functions or the functions required under the Program. As such, customer expressly consents to allow Globe to share and/or disclose customer’s personal data that may be required for the purposes and to the entities enumerated above relative to the Program and Products which are activated, enrolled in or availed of by the customer. Globe REWARDS 917 CAMPAIGN The customer hereby recognizes that in order to avail of the special offers which may or may not be limited to the G Music Festival, G Legends Cup, Just For You Catalog, and G Chance The Raffle during the Globe Rewards 917, the KYC Registration has to be completed and submitted. The customer may also provide his/her consent during the KYC Registration in the GlobeOne app or portal page, for the use and collection of his/her data for the purpose of account creation and receiving of personalized communications, products, and service offers and updates.
